Responsibilities

In the role of Treasury Specialist, you will work broadly with issues that are important for the entire group. You will contribute to ensuring good liquidity, managing financial risks, and creating conditions for stable and effective financial control. Through your work, you will become a vital link between finance, business, and the organization's long-term goals.

Your daily work will be varied and developmental, involving both operational and strategic tasks. Typical assignments include bank matters, lease agreements, insurance issues, credit assessments, and internal corporate financing. Your responsibilities also include reviewing and approving agreements related to advances and financial instruments, such as bank guarantees and remburser, as well as working on liquidity planning for the group and managing currency risks. Another important responsibility of our Treasury Specialist is to maintain the group's insurance coverage.

You will become a valued support to the organization in matters concerning financing and financial risks. You will contribute with analysis, structure, and security in dialogues and negotiations internally, as well as with external parties, such as banks and insurance brokers, or customers and suppliers.

About You

We are looking for you who have a university degree in business administration or finance and experience with credit risk assessments, financing, and liquidity planning. You have a good understanding of financial and business economic analyses as well as capital management, and you thrive in combining strategic thinking with a structured and business-oriented approach.

As a person, you are analytical, communicative, and responsible. You are good at building trust, driving your work forward, and appreciate a role where attention to detail, holistic view, and collaboration are key success factors. We also see that you can take your own initiatives for improvement work within your area, as well as lead such work.
